Non-High School Graduates
If you are over 18 years of age and
have been officially out of high school attendance for at least one academic
year, you may be considered for admission to Westchester Community College.
A person who has not earned a high school diploma may be issued a New York
State High School Equivalency Diploma after successfully completing 24
college level credits as a recognized candidate for a college level degree
or certificate from Westchester Community College.
This option is in no way intended to replace
the high school experience and is not appropriate for all non-graduates. For
more information regarding this option, please contact the Office of
