Registering for Credit Classes

If you were enrolled during the Fall 2004 or Spring 2005 semester, you can advance register for Summer 2005, make schedule changes and payments using the online registration system (WebReg) from March 28th through May 21st, 2005. From May 23rd through May 27th, 2005 you can drop courses only (no adds!) as well as make bill payments.

Before you can register for classes you must have submitted an Application for Admission. For answers to questions about registration requirements, including immunizations, certificates of residence and applications, please visit either the New Student Registration or Returning Student Registration web pages.

Verifying Your Registration

After you have registered for courses, verify the registration by checking the Student Schedule/Bill page. All of the classes you registered for should be listed here.

Paying Your Student Bill

Full payment of tuition and fees is due no later than April 14, 2005 or your classes will be cancelled! After April 14th, payment is expected at the time of registration or your classes will be cancelled.

• Paying Online
  Payments may be made through WebReg by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) March 28th through May 27th, 2005.
   

• Other Methods of Payment
  Payments by check, cash or credit card will be accepted in person at the Bursar's Office in the Administration Building Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 7:30pm. Payments can also be mailed to the Bursar's Office, Westchester Community College, 75 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY, 10595-1698. Checks for the full amount should be made payable to Westchester Community College, please include your Student ID number or a copy of your bill.

Students paying by Financial Aid must bring their financial aid award voucher and bill into the Bursars Office to be certified by the payment due date. Courses will be deleted if aid is not certified.
