Logon to your Online Course Below:
User ID and Password: Is the same as your MyWCC portal ID and password.
If you don’t have or forgot your MyWCC ID or password go to:
https://mywcc.sunywcc.edu and below “MyWCC Account Activation” click the appropriate link eather “Forgot My Password” or “New Student”.
MyWCC portal is the main system, if you change the password there it will automatically change it in blackboard as well. If you can’t recover the password or do not know your user ID, contact the MyWCC help desk at email@example.com or call 914-606-5600.
(Students taking Online courses will have access to Blackboard 1 week before the official start date of the semester, NOT sooner. On-campus students will have access on the 1st day of class.)
Still having problems logging-in to Blackboard after entering the correct credentials?
- Make sure you login to MyWCC and check to see if you’re actually enrolled in a course in the current semester. Sometimes students are dropped from courses for several reasons, if you don’t see your course in your MyWCC schedule, you won’t be able to login to the course in Blackboard. If you were dropped from a course, use the MyWCC portal to re-registered for the course.
- Delete all Browsing History which includes Cookies, History and Temp Internet Files (in Internet Explorer: tools > internet options > Delete – in Mozilla Firefox: tools > Clear Private Data.)
- Close all open Internet browser windows and re-open it and try to login again.
