Summer Session I: May 26-June 25, 2009

Online Registration (WebReg) for Summer 2009 Sessions I & II for returning students who were enrolled at the college during the Fall 2008 and/or Spring 2009 semesters: March 30 through the first day of class for each session.

• Mail-In Registration for all students: April 7-May 19, 2009
   

• In-Person Registration for all students: April 6-May 21, 2009
   

• School Holiday (No Classes and All College Offices Closed) – May 25, 2009
   

• Late Registration: May 26, 2009
   

• Instruction Begins: May 26, 2009

• Before the first day of the session: 100%

• Through Monday, June 1, 2009: 25%

• No Refunds after June 1, 2009
   

• Mid-term Grade Notices: June 10, 2009
   

• Final Date to Withdraw from a course with a “W”: June 15, 2009
   

• Instruction Ends: June 24, 2009

All video students must attend an on-campus orientation on Friday, May 29, 2009, in the Classroom Building at 6:00 pm. 

• Five-Week Video Courses Begin: Monday, June 1, 2009 

• Registration for Five-Week Video Courses (including in-person) Ends: May 28, 2009 

• Late Registration: June 1, 2009 

• Midterm Notification: Wednesday, June 17, 2009 

• Final Date to Withdraw: Monday, June 22, 2009 

• Video Instruction Ends: Thursday, July 2, 2009 

• Final Exams: Monday, July 6, 2009 

• Final Grades Due: Wednesday, July 15, 2009

Fall 2009 Semester — Day and Evening

• Online registration (WebReg) for returning students who were enrolled at Westchester Community College during the Fall 2009 and/or Spring 2009 semesters: Apr. 27-Sept. 11, 2009. WebReg is available 7:00 am-12:00 midnight, except Sundays. 
   

• In-person registration for all students:
  In-person registration for all students: May 4-Sept. 11, 2009. Registration hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00 am- 7:30 pm, and Fridays from 9:30-11:30 am except for the following Fridays on which no registrations or payments will be processed: Aug. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Sept. 4. Registrations will be accepted on Friday, Sept. 11 from 9:00 am-12:00 noon.
  
• Payment for the Fall 2009 semester is due no later than Thurs., July 30, 2009 by 7:30 pm. After July 30, all tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. If the payment deadline is not met, your registration will be cancelled. Students are responsible for the total amount due by the deadline. Students who register online using WebReg are reminded to check the Bursar’s message after completing their registration.
   
• Extension Centers:
  You may register for an off-campus course at one of our Extension Centers in Mt. Vernon, Ossining, Peekskill, Yonkers Cross County or the Westchester Arts Workshop in White Plains or on the main campus in Valhalla during regular office hours. You may also register at one of the Extension Center Open Houses.
