WESTCHESTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE RECOGNIZED BY THE COLLEGE BOARD FOR INNOVATIVE PROGRAM
The College Board has recognized a Westchester Community College student success program for its innovative nature. The college has been awarded a CollegeKeys Compact 2010 Innovation Award. This awards program was established to recognize institutions and agencies leading the charge to make college access and success a reality for all students, including those from low-income backgrounds.

Westchester Community College’s children’s center facility has again received accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The Virginia Marx Children’s Center on the Valhalla campus met the Early Childhood Program standards of this organization.
