County Executive Launches Arts Project in White Plains

Westchester County Executive Andy Spano recently visited the Westchester Art Workshop/Westchester Community College in White Plains for the kickoff of All Fired Up!, an arts consortium project. He attended a session of the Westchester Art Workshop summer institute for educators. The county executive joined arts instructors for a lesson in ceramics.

This program was in collaboration with All Fired Up!, a ceramic event including over 50 clay arts exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and symposia throughout Westchester County. More events will take place in October and November.

All Fired Up! is a consortium project lead by Westchester Art Workshop, the Westchester Arts Council, Clay Art Center, the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, the Neuberger Museum, the Katonah Museum, the Hudson River Museum, Pelham Arts Center, Rye Arts Center, the Hammond Museum, the Westchester County Office of Tourism, and the Westchester Library System.
