Science, Pseudoscience, and Superstition in the 21st Century

Dr. Novella is president of the New England Skeptical Society and host of the weekly science podcast The Skeptic's Guide to the Universe. Dr. Novella also writes a science blog called Neurologica and contributes to the blog Science-Based Medicine. He is a leader in the skeptical community: scientists and non-scientists who are active in the promotion of critical thinking, skeptical inquiry, and science education. Skeptics have a deep interest in promoting general scientific literacy, and in helping non-scientists tell the difference between real science and its pseudoscientific pretenders.
