Students invited to Beacon Conference

Eleven Westchester Community Colleges will be part of the Beacon Conference this year - a new record! Nine of our students will present their scholarly papers in panel competitions, and  two will display their research in the poster format at the June conference hosted by Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ . The  conference , which showcases the achievements of outstanding two-year college scholars in diverse academic disciplines, drew submissions from  seventeen community colleges in five states .  

 Our 2008 Beacon Scholars are:
