VolunteeringAt Westchester Community College, Volunteers Make A Difference
They are a diverse group. They range in age from 18 to 89. They are professional people, business men and women, retirees, homemakers, college students, faculty and staff. Together they contribute thousands of service hours to the college each year.

They love the academic environment and the beauty of campus, and they enjoy the collegial relationship they have with Westchester Community College professionals. But mainly they care about our students, and often form lasting friendships with students they work with. Many say they learn even more than they give. But the best reward comes from grateful students: “This is such a gift! We couldn’t get help like this anywhere else.”
