Giving Opportunities: The Annual Appeal

While we are seeing record enrollments, more and more students will need financial support, and more programs and services will need subsidies as State and Federal funding decreases.  Tax-deductible gifts to the Westchester Community College Foundation's Annual Appeal are the bedrock of all of the Foundation's programs and activities which provide the precious gift of opportunity to thousands of deserving students, promote faculty excellence, and open our doors to the community with enriching public programs.

The Annual Appeal supports every program the Foundation provides - the Scholarship program, Volunteer program, the Gateway building and its new programs, faculty development programs crucial to maintaining talented intellectual resources, alumni programs, and community events, to name a few.  Your ONE GIFT to the Annual Appeal helps make all of this possible!  These unrestricted gifts give the Foundation the important flexibility to meet the college’s most urgent needs and priorities.    
 
Friends and Supporters:
Loyal annual donors who understand the importance of dependable gifts ranging from $1 - $999 that help where the college needs it most by assisting the Foundation in providing services that go beyond the college budget. 
 
Scholar’s Circle:
Dedicated individuals committed to sustaining the college through leadership gifts of $1,000 or more, who make the precious gift of opportunity possible through their unrestricted giving.
 
The President’s Council:
Invitations to join the Council are extended to select individuals who have distinguished themselves in the arts, sciences, education, law, government and business and who have demonstrated a strong commitment to the college.   The President’s Council, along with our Foundation Board, forms a core group of concerned individuals who help sustain the work of the Foundation by keeping it vital, innovative and fiscally sound.  Membership is $5,000 or more annually, and by invitation.
