TITLE OF POSITION/RANK: Program Specialist/Evening Administrator (Part-Time) DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Educational Opportunity Center/Academic Affairs RESPONSIBILITIES: The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) of
Westchester, a division of Westchester Community College, is seeking a
highly motivated, innovative, results oriented professional to join its
team. Located in Yonkers, NY, this non-traditional adult education
institution provides tuition-free academic and vocational training to
eligible underserved individuals preparing for college and/or seeking
career-oriented employment. QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have two years of experience in the field of education, educational administration, recruitment and/or training, or in the analysis of program operations, marketing or customer services. A MA/MS degree is preferred. All candidates are expected to possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work independently. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:15pm to 9:45pm. This position is fully grant funded. POSITION EFFECTIVE: The position will be filled immediately.
