Westchester Art Workshop Celebrates It’s 80th Anniversary With A Ceramic Invitational (Exihibition)
In celebration of Westchester Art Workshop’s 80th anniversary, we are pleased to recognize 19 visiting artists who have contributed to the ceramics program at WAW over the years. This exhibition will feature some of the best ceramic artists from around the country. There will also be related workshops and gallery talks in connection with the exhibition. View Poster

Westchester Community College Foundation Seeks Donations from Area Residents to Match Challenge
The Westchester Community College Foundation is seeking donations from the community to help raise funds for the Foundation’s Gateway Campaign for student scholarships. Donations up to $250,000 will be doubled by the Skirball Foundation through a challenge grant.

Westchester Community College Presents Two Shakespeare Plays in November 2005 and April 2006
Westchester Community College is presenting a new series, Shakespeare Unplugged, featuring two of the bard’s beloved masterworks. Hamlet, performed by the Aquila Theatre Company of London, will be presented on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. and The Taming of The Shrew with the National Players will be performed on Sunday, April 30, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Both will be presented in the Academic Arts Theatre. 

Student Art on Display in December
Works of art by students at Westchester Community College will be on display in the Fine Arts Gallery on the college's main campus in Valhalla from December 8 through December 17.

Westchester Community College Presents Victorian Christmas Show
Westchester Community College will celebrate the Christmas spirit with a presentation of A Victorian Christmas by the Tartan Terrors on Saturday, December 3 at 8:00 p.m. in the Academic Arts Theatre.

Westchester Community College Presents Works by Four Artists
Westchester Community College’s Fine Arts Gallery presents Color by Numbers: Linda Jean Fisher, Sue Havens, Cheolhwan Kim, Joe Stauber from November 6 through November 27. An opening reception will be held on Sunday, November 6 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Professor Carlo C. Sclafani Celebrates 35 Years
Professor Carlo C. Sclafani of Cortlandt Manor is celebrating his 35th year as a prominent educator with Westchester Community College where he is chair of the Modern Languages Department.
