TITLE OF POSITION/RANK: Instructor of Mathematics (Tenure Track) – 2 Positions
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Mathematics department of Westchester Community College (Valhalla, NY) has two full-time tenure-track openings for the fall of 2016. Mathematics courses offered at Westchester Community College range from developmental to Differential Equations and Linear Algebra.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s degree in mathematics with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics, is required. 1 year of college-level teaching experience is also required. Three years of college-level teaching experience preferred. Experience teaching developmental courses strongly preferred. Experience with Quantway and StatWay also preferred.
POSITION EFFECTIVE: Fall 2016
SALARY & BENEFITS: The starting salary is $57,415 plus excellent benefits.
