Non-Credit Adjuncts (Bachelors required): Classes for lifelong learners may include children, adults, and seniors in various locations with day, evening, and weekend options. Also interested in candidates with ESL teaching experience (MA or certificate in TESOL preferred) or with corporate training background, and ideas for new classes. Visit website for information. Swim and Water Aerobics Adjunct. Westchester Community College seeks swimming (all levels) and water aerobics instructors for Continuing Education non-credit adult classes on weekdays and/or weekends. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Lifeguard certification is a plus.
Electronics Adjunct. Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Electronics Adjunct to teach 3D printing, Arduino, electronics, and programming. The course will enable students to learn the latest in electronics and 3D printing technology and make robots that move, make sounds, display lights, etc. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Electronics programming skills and Arduino experience required.
Game Design Adjunct. Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Game Design Adjunct to teach game design. The course will enable students to design and build their own games utilizing software program, Torque 2D. Students will develop characters and focus on the interactive user experience. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Game design programming skills and interface design is required.
