Electronics Adjunct.  Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Electronics Adjunct to teach 3D printing, Arduino, electronics, and programming.  The course will enable students to learn the latest in electronics and 3D printing technology and make robots that move, make sounds, display lights, etc.  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.   Electronics programming skills and Arduino experience required.

Game Design Adjunct. Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Game Design Adjunct to teach game design.  The course will enable students to design and build their own games utilizing software program, Torque 2D.  Students will develop characters and focus on the interactive user experience.  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.  Game design programming skills and interface design is required.

Market Research Adjunct.  The Business department seeks an incumbent to teach Marketing Research and Metrics.  The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the areas of consumer marketing research, statistics, data collection & measurement methods and procedures, particularly with respect to audience data research and the application of such research to business decisions in content development and strategic market planning.  A Master’s degree and 1 year of teaching experience is required.   A degree in marketing or statistical modeling strongly preferred.  Teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred.  Knowledge and experience using market research technology and quantative research software strongly desired.

Adjunct Counselor.  The Counseling and Student Development Department seeks applicants for a part-time Adjunct Counselor.  This position provides academic advisement, educational planning and performs advanced assignments typically associated with retention. Requirements include Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Guidance Counseling (No MSW or LCSW), and at least 1 year of professional experience in educational counseling or academic advisement.  No benefits.

Adjunct Academic Support Center Coordinator. The Adjunct ASC Coordinator will be responsible for general lab operations, coordinating lab activities.  S/he will supervise tutorial activities (tutors and students) and be responsible for technical aspects, computers, smart technologies, and Blackboard.  S/he will also conduct and schedule orientations, maintain & order supplies, and provide written reports on the effectiveness of the tutorial program for program review and other college informational needs. The successful candidate will assist with research & development and attend department meetings, as needed.  S/he must be familiar with lab materials in both the science and math lab.  The Adjunct ASC Coordinator performs other duties as required.  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience are required.  A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.  Excellent computer and interpersonal skills are required.  $39.85/hour. No benefits.
