The Westchester Community College Foundation Board of Directors to receive the AFP Leadership in Philanthropy Award at the AFP NY Westchester’s premier full-day fundraising conference – National Philanthropy Day® event on November 7, 2013 at the DoubleTree Hilton at 455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591 from 7:45AM-4:45AM. This event is one of the hallmark annual philanthropy events held as part of the Association for Fundraising Professionals (AFP) National Philanthropy Day®. The event features internationally recognized experts in philanthropy and offers a wide range of workshops during its day long educational programming.
Keynote speakers for the event include Kenneth Berger, CEO of Charity Navigator, the global charity rating organization and Laura Fredricks, Expert on the Ask, best-selling author and media personality. The event features 3 tracks and 12 sessions.
