Student Code of Conduct Approved: July 3, 2018; Last Updated: August 2023 30 misconduct, including: (29) Intimate Partner Violence (dating violence and domestic violence); and/or (30) Sexual Assault; and (31) Sexual Exploitation; must at minimum receive a sanction of suspension. Refer to the Sanctioning Guide available at www.sunywcc.edu/codeofconduct for more information about specific sanctions that can be imposed for violations of sexual misconduct. e. Interim Administrative Action Process Involving Sexual Misconduct i. Interim Administrative Action may be taken by either the Director of Student Support Services or designee or the Title IX Coordinator or designee. ii. For cases involving sexual misconduct, both the accused/Respondent and the Reporting Individual shall, upon request, and consistent with college policies and procedures, be afforded a prompt review, reasonable under the circumstances, of the need for and terms of interim administrative action(s), including potential modification and discontinuance, and shall be allowed to submit evidence in support of their request. i. The request for review must be submitted in writing to the Dean of Student Life or designee within three (3) calendar days of the receipt of the interim administrative action letter. The decision of the Dean or their designee is final.
