25 Textbook Required NEW! IN-PERSON John Williams Film Music You will hear sections from some of Williams' more famous and diverse scores such as “Jaws”, “E. T.”, “Schindler ’s List” plus other films. You will learn how his music creates the mood of the movie. Many of the most famous themes will be seen on the video screen. They will also be played live in class so you can hear some of the techniques that Mr. Williams uses to create this magic. His brilliant orchestrations will be explained. We will also learn how the elements of dynamics, harmony and tempo fit into the structure of the music. This is a very difficult process as the music must exactly synchronize with the video.
